So an MP allegedly dropped the c-bomb in the House of Commons. It sounds to me like she did. The editor thinks she saying ‘rubbish’ because you can clearly hear the ‘shhh.’ We watched the Vine like twenty thousand times and then got distracted by Criminal Minds.
